  • Signature: Provide your physical or electronic signature.

Please note that if you fail to comply with all of the requirements of Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA, your DMCA Notice may not be valid.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe that your material that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

PokemonGames.info takes copyright infringement very seriously. In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

We are a fan site intended for preservation and educational purposes. We do not sell any games. However, we will strictly comply with any valid requests from Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or other rights holders to remove specific content.
