About This Game
Introduction: Pokemon Final Flames is a fan-made ROM hack of Pokemon FireRed for the Game Boy Advance. It is set in the new Ignis Region, a volcanic landscape where the player must stop a revived Team Magma. The visual style uses the standard GBA engine with custom tiles and sprites to create a fiery, mountainous environment.
Gameplay & Mechanics: The game offers a choice of three Fire-type starters: Charmander, Torchic, and Cyndaquil. It is considered a moderate-to-high difficulty hack, featuring stronger Gym Leaders and a higher-level curve, making it less forgiving for casual Nuzlocke runs. It retains the FireRed engine, so it does not include the Physical/Special split, the Fairy type, or Mega Evolution. A day and night cycle is not present.
