About This Game
Introduction: "Pokemon Perla" is a fan-made ROM hack of Pokemon FireRed for the Game Boy Advance. It is a Spanish-language adaptation that translates the original English text and modifies some gameplay elements. The game retains the Kanto region setting and the visual style of the Generation 3 games, with no changes to the core story or map layout.
Gameplay & Mechanics: The game uses the standard Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle as starter choices. Its difficulty is identical to the official FireRed version. It does not implement the Physical/Special split, the Fairy type, or Mega Evolution, as it is based on the Generation 3 engine. The day/night cycle from later games is not present. The primary mechanical change is the full Spanish translation of all text, including item and move names.
