Introduction: "Pokemon Battle Factory" is a fan-made ROM hack of Pokemon Emerald. It is not an official game. The hack transforms the core experience into a gauntlet of strategic battles, removing the traditional journey across a region. The visual style remains that of the Generation 3 Hoenn region, but the game is focused entirely on the Battle Frontier's Battle Factory facility.

Gameplay & Mechanics: There are no starter Pokemon or a world map to explore. Instead, you begin directly in the Battle Factory. The core mechanic is the rental system: you are given a random team of six Pokemon for each challenge and must swap them with opponents' Pokemon you defeat. The difficulty is high and relies entirely on team-building strategy and type matchups, making it unsuitable for a traditional Nuzlocke run. It uses the standard Emerald engine, so it lacks the Physical/Special split, Fairy type, and Mega Evolution.
